As Executive Assistant, you'll run the day-to-day rhythm of the business.
You'll protect the agent's time, own the sales administration process from listing to settlement, ensure the client experience is flawless, and hold the team accountable to their KPIs, standards, and outcomes.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for : Running agent's calendar, inbox, prep, and digital comms Owning all vendor communication and campaign milestones Coordinating listings from Form 6 to settlement with no steps missed Leading daily huddles, tracking GCI, and driving team accountability Enforcing premium brand presence, personal standards, and five-star service Identifying and delivering process improvements each quarter

Who You Are
Exceptionally organised and able to manage complex priorities without missing a beat Confident communicator who leads with clarity, courage, and care Experienced in real estate operations (minimum 3 years) and confident in listing-to-settlement execution Technically strong - CRM (Rex, VaultRE, AgentBox), Google Suite Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and serious about results Culture carrier who leads by example and doesn't settle for average Only the Best Will Proceed This is a demanding role and not suited to anyone who lacks resilience, initiative, or attention to detail.
Only candidates who meet the essential criteria and can speak to relevant experience with strong operational performance will be shortlisted for second-round interviews with the Hiring Manager.
