About Us
LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is a home-grown Australian boutique services company operating in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Newcastle, Mackay, and Cairns.
We provide highly-trained staff across various roles including Housekeeping, Rooms and Public Areas.
LUXXE focuses on providing excellence to its clients and a supportive and team-oriented environment for our people.
About The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Housekeeping Managers to head up our teams in multiple locations across Australia.
The role is crucial to the success of the hotels and involves managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance of hotel standards.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field.
At least two years of work experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5 star environment.
About You – Responsibilities & Skills
Demonstrate strong Leadership skills: lead the team from the front, drive performance and productivity.
Be available to work on a rotating roster when required.
Possess full Australian working rights.
Have excellent grooming and standards.
Show strong management and organizational skills.
Have experience managing staff, including recruitment, development, rostering, and performance improvement.
Have a solid understanding of workplace safety policies and responsibilities.
Possess experience managing room counts, payroll, and daily compliance with the Hospitality Industry General award.
Be familiar with outsourcing processes (Highly desirable).
Skills & Attributes
Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to work effectively and build relationships with internal hotel teams, such as General Manager, front office and Maintenance.
Knowledge and experience in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping procedures in accordance with client expectations and industry regulations.
Experience in managing staff performance, including training, development and work allocation.
Excellent time-management skills.
