The ideal candidate will have current unrestricted registration with AHPRA and relevant experience in aged care. They will be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with residents, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who can work autonomously and as part of a team. The successful applicant will have the ability to promote education and leadership in aged care, and demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement.

o Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents
o Implement care plans and ensure that they meet the needs of residents
o Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
o Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* Registration with AHPRA
* Relevant experience in aged care
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
* Experience in assessments and developing care plans
* Ability to assess, plan, and implement client care within scope
* Understanding of physical, social, and psychological requirements
* Ability to create and update care plans to reflect resident needs
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
* Understanding of Aged Care Funding Instrument
