About the roles
Project Manager:
As Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery across design, factory construction, site installation, and project completion. In this role, you'll oversee safety, quality, timelines, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. This role suits someone who can confidently drive outcomes, manage multiple concurrent projects, and uphold Modscape's standards for modular delivery.
Contracts Administrator:
As Contracts Administrator, you will be the key commercial link between Modscape, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. You'll manage tendering, procurement, contract documentation, progress claims, variations, and financial tracking. This role is ideal for someone who can proactively identify risks, maintain strong commercial relationships, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Coordinator:
As Project Coordinator, you will support project delivery by managing documentation, compliance, contract administration tasks, and day-to-day coordination across the lifecycle of each project. Working closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator, you'll assist with tenders, documentation, tracking project timelines, maintaining registers, and supporting financial and reporting requirements. This role suits someone organised, detail-focused, and ready to keep project processes running smoothly.
What you'll bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
A strong foundation in construction or project delivery across any stage of the project lifecycle.
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations in QLD.
Familiarity with contractual documentation, procurement processes, and commercial responsibilities.
Proven experience in project coordination, contract administration, or project management within construction, manufacturing, or modular environments.
Strong capability in managing documentation, schedules, procurement, tenders, and commercial processes.
Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with project management systems or software such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac, or similar (desired).
A positive, collaborative approach and a commitment to maintaining safe, compliant, high-quality project delivery.
