* Assisting with building inspections, private inspections, property photography appointments.
* Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns.
* Assisting at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a passion for sales.
* Possession of an Agent Representative Certificate (non-negotiable).
* Full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position.
* Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license.
* A positive attitude, driven mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate field.
