About the role and team
We have a newopportunity for an experienced workers' compensation lawyer to joinour growing Insurance practice based in our Perthoffice.
Our Insurance WA team has approximately 90 people located across Adelaide, Perthand Darwin.
The Insurance WA team is a defendant insurancelegal team, working across Statutory Insurance matters, includingworkers' compensation, recoveries and compulsory third party.
Thisis a fantastic hands-on Insurance role, with significant learning,development and progression opportunities, and the opportunity towork with interesting clients, including some of Australia's topinsurers.
Skills and experience
We are keen to hear from candidates with the followingskills and experience:
at least 3+ years of post-admission experience within Workers'Compensation;
ideallyyou will have experience on the defendant side, however we willalso consider candidates with a plaintiff background who arekeen to move into a defendant practice;
agenuine interest in building a career in workers' compensationlaw and contributing to the success of ourpractice;
clear,concise legal writing skills; and About us
