* Team Support: Collaborate with the Chef de Partie to ensure seamless daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Resource Management: Minimise food wastage and efficiently manage resources to maximise output.
* Training and Development: Assist in training junior staff, promoting team professionalism and excellence.
* Leadership and Adaptability: Step in for the Chef de Partie when required, demonstrating leadership and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
* Policies and Procedures: Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
