About the Role
Join our Coolum Beach team as a Project Coordinator and help bring modular projects to life across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Queensland. From planning to completion, you'll keep things running smoothly every step of the way.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate materials, track progress, and make sure deadlines are met. It's a role for someone who likes variety, problem-solving, and being part of a team that gets things done.

Your Day-To-Day
* Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and meeting minutes
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers
* Manage purchasing and logistics, track purchase orders, process invoices, and monitor budgets
* Monitor project timelines and work with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met
* Maintain accurate project records, compliance documents, and filing systems
* Provide administrative and coordination support across the entire project lifecycle
What You'll Bring
* Relevant qualifications or proven experience in project coordination, project support, or construction administration
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management
* Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with internal teams and external vendors
* Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with experience in project management software (e.g., MS Project) highly regarded
