Trainer, Print Operations and Franchise Support
CMK Resources is partnering with a well established, franchise based print and design organization to identify a full time Trainer to support their growing network of print centers.
This is a hybrid role based in North Sydney, with an expectation of three days onsite per week and approximately 30 percent travel to support franchise locations. Travel is primarily domestic and typically 1 to 2 trips per month.
This organization operates a nationwide footprint and delivers professional print solutions across digital, large format, and finishing services. Their focus is on equipping business owners with practical systems, hands on training, and operational guidance to help them run successful print centers and continuously improve performance.
As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Trainer who brings deep print production knowledge and a passion for teaching and coaching. This role is ideal for someone who has spent time on the print floor and enjoys helping others build real world skills.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Trainer will be responsible for delivering operational training focused on print production, print center operations, and new owner onboarding. The role will also support additional training areas such as print sales, systems, and workflow as needed.
Training is highly interactive and hands on. This is not a lecture focused role. If you enjoy demonstrating, coaching, and helping people actually do the work, this opportunity will be a strong fit.
