Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and oversee the compliance framework across all business units Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements related to agricultural chemicals, fertilisers, and animal health products Provide clear, timely compliance advice to the CEO on risks, regulatory updates, and performance Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures, and controls Promote a company-wide culture of integrity, accountability, and regulatory awareness Requirements Strong understanding of compliance management principles and practices Prior experience and understanding of regulations in the agricultural chemicals/fertiliser industry Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to align compliance strategy with business goals and risk appetite What We Offer 18-month contract with a view to permanency for the right candidate Hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home TOT provided (Phone & Company Laptop) Career and skill development support Central Adelaide location in North Adelaide, on the boundary of parklands/running trails Easy parking nearby in paid and free spaces Apply online with your resume and a cover letter by clicking “Apply”.
