We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Senior Expert Demand Management, reporting to the GM Transformation & Demand Management.
A bit about your role
This is a strategic role at the intersection of business and technology, shaping nbn's data and AI agenda and driving transformation.
It involves close collaboration with business units to scope and deliver data use cases, establish data domains, and build scalable data products and tools.
You will lead the shaping and prioritisation of data and analytics initiatives, working closely with business and technical leaders to deliver measurable value.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in strategy development.
Candidates should have the ability to engage with technical teams (e.g. on data architecture, AI/ML, and digital platforms), and experience translating business strategy into technical solutions, ideally with exposure to AI experimentation or data product development.
Key competencies include structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication/storytelling skills.
Finally, the role will require you to influence and align cross-functional teams, working with senior business and technical stakeholders to drive change.
