Overview
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team at our Trade Centre in Orange, NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with the delivery of products to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service for all customers (walk-in, email, and phone)
* Assist in day-to-day activities within the store
* Process orders, invoices, and payments
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store
About You / Qualifications
* Experience in customer service
* Ability to handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage stock inquiries
* Retail experience in any field is preferred
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills
* A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
* A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures
