Pharmacy Assistant/Dispensary Technician
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant/Dispensary Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and diverse retail healthcare setting.
* Assist customers with enquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
* Provide friendly, confident, and professional customer service.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Restock and rotate stock, maintaining clean and organised shelves.
2. Support stock control and inventory management.
3. Assist in dispensary operations under pharmacist supervision.
4. Help with the packing, preparation, and dispensing of medications (as authorised).
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
6. Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
7. Perform local customer deliveries when required.
Requirements:
* Experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
* Valid Queensland driver's licence.
* First Aid certification is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn, take direction, and participate in ongoing training.
* Australian permanent resident eligibility.
