Building Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing quality local trades is essential in this role.
* Collaborate with local authorities, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Raise a purchase order and oversee the recording and control of costs.
* Develop and manage schedules for projects.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on any issues encountered.
* Ensure a safe working environment with emphasis on erosion and sediment control.

Requirements:
* Excellent references from previous employers are required.
* A trade background is preferred but not essential.
* Candidates should have experience working on local jobs.
* A good understanding of the Building Code for QLD is necessary.
* Working knowledge of OHS practices is expected.
