The Global Facilities Lead is a senior role responsible for overseeing facilities operations, developing and implementing real estate strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day facility operations to ensure workspaces are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.
* Development and implementation of comprehensive real estate strategy and management plan that supports the company's growth, culture, and environmental goals.
* Partnership with various teams to create an inclusive, flexible, and engaging office environment, including selecting and managing contracts with third-party service providers and vendors.
