Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement & Sales
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer receives personalised assistance and advice.
* Understand customer needs, offer tailored product recommendations, and drive sales to meet individual and team targets.
* Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction.
* Product Knowledge & Presentation
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and services you're selling to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
* Sales Targets & Performance
* Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales and customer relationships.
* Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive overall store success, contributing to a positive and motivating team environment.
* Share knowledge, tips, and strategies to improve overall store performance.
