Job Overview:
Leading a virtual team, this role defines day-to-day responsibilities for Internal Support and Strategic Partners.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring effective communication between support teams, account teams, field service personnel, and clients.

Key Activities:
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting statistical data on service level compliance and operational effectiveness.

Duties:
Providing regular progress reports to management identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance required.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 processes and principles.
