The position of School Administrative Manager, Level 3 is a critical role in the educational institution's operational success.
This individual will be responsible for managing financial and administrative systems, supervising staff, and providing support for school activities. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage financial and accounting responsibilities, including use of computerised systems
* Supervise and train school administration officers
* Provide support for school activities and routines
* Work collaboratively with the school principal, executive and teaching staff as required
Requirements
* Working with Children Check Clearance
* First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake training
* Administration of Medications – training to be provided based on student needs
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Capacity to supervise staff
* Effective oral and written communication skills
