Do you have a flair for leadership and a passion for mentoring? We are seeking a university-trained Early Childhood Teacher to take on the pivotal Nominated Supervisor position at our 109-place centre. This is your chance to shine and lead a dedicated team

Your Essentials:
* Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved qualification or working towards
* Experience in a Director or 2IC role
* Proven leadership in mentoring and inspiring a team
* Familiarity with OWNA (preferred, not essential)
* Current Working with Children Check NSW
* First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
* Current Child Protection
* A genuine passion for Early Years learning and development
* Strong understanding of National Quality Standards, NQF, and National Law
* Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
