About the Role
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to join our team, responsible for minimising shrinkage, reducing criminal activity, and ensuring operational physical security systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain store security to prevent theft and vandalism
* Respond to incidents and ensure compliance with company policies
* Offer exceptional customer service while maintaining store security
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in loss prevention or a related field (desired)
* A relevant state security licence (desired)
* A strong background in customer service, especially in retail or hospitality
* Basic to intermediate computer skills
* The ability to work autonomously
