**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop a stakeholder communications plan, business communications calendar, and communication change adoption strategy.
- Support the Change Manager and Project Manager with developing content for key project forums.
- Develop impact assessments, communication change adoption strategy, and generic and customized content needed for stakeholder engagement, partnering with relevant project team members to get the required intel and input.
- Draft program-level and tactical-level communications ready for distribution, partnering with relevant project team members to get the required content.
- Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, escalating where required.
- Provide support for general project and change streams
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications analyst function in change management.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Complex technology project experience including CRM platforms, project support, change management and consulting experience.
- Experience in preparation of communication plans, impact assessments, and learning with a focus on distributed user groups.
