What's the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage sales and margins of the region and grow Bradken Mineral Processing sales, aligning with the Business Unit's vision, mission, values, and KPIs.
Your approach to customer engagement and business development will be multifaceted. Customer visits are crucial for cultivating prospects and maintaining satisfaction. Develop a Customer Engagement Plan for each client via Salesforce.
As an analyst, assess market position through report data, report on performance against budgets and benchmarks, and contribute to regional growth plans.
Assist in sales budget preparation, advise on market changes, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify sales opportunities.
Engage in customer-centric activities, strategic planning, and internal collaboration to drive regional growth, aligning with Bradken's broader objectives.
Key Technical Criteria:
* A technical trade background or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering is desirable, with emphasis on sales management and marketing.
* Experience in Customer Management is desirable.
* Ability to incorporate marketing techniques and implement strategic initiatives, operating plans, and budgets.
* Experience in Mining or related markets.
This role is based in Adelaide, SA.
