The role
Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial team. You will be managing established, high-volume national accounts within the warehousing and factory sectors. Your goal? To be the face of our brand on-site and ensure our clients have the best talent ready to go.
Responsibilities
* Building Relationships: You'll be on-site 4–5 days a week, meeting site contacts and ensuring client connectivity.
* Managing Delivery: Oversee the recruitment for forklift drivers, pick-packers, and process workers.
* Safety & Compliance: Conduct site walkthroughs, inductions, and drug & alcohol testing to keep our workforce safe.
* Strategic Growth: Proactively "float" top-tier candidates to existing clients to increase our market share.
About you
* You have exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
* You are self motivated, outcome focused and self confident.
* You have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
* Recruitment experience is a plus but we are open to candidates from retail, hospitality or trades who have the right attitude and a massive work ethic.
