Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and distribute documentation in a timely manner
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails and correspondence
* Coordinate meetings, appointments and events
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Reliable, full-time availability (7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
* A self-motivated, proactive and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
* Ability to focus on finer details and an appreciation for accuracy
* Engaging customer service skills with a professional outlook
* Skills in prioritisation, organisation and time management
