Applications are sought from highly motivated individuals to provide general reception and administration support for the BRHS Oral Health department as part of our Community Health Service.
The Position:
This position is based in a common reception area at our Ross Street Community Health campus and will provide client focused reception service to clients and families and efficient administrative services to the Oral Health department. Tasks will include responding to telephone enquiries, appointment scheduling, data entry, maintenance of records and conducting financial transactions. Key to this role is the provision of outstanding customer service that is professional, responsive and compassionate at all times.
Key criteria you need:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration/reception role.
* Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform administration duties including document formation, file management and data entry into electronic systems with high attention to detail.
* Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
* A strong quality customer service focus with proven excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
