Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support and Livestock Administration professional to join our team in Wagga Wagga.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Livestock sales, including saleyard sales, private sales, and clearing sales.
* Attend sale days at the saleyards and on farm at Stud Sales.
* Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients.
* Manage vendor and purchaser accounts for all Livestock transactions.
* Perform administrative tasks, including accounts payable, expenses, banking, mail distribution, and general office duties.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
* Passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
* Proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and verbal communications skills.
* Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
