Key Responsibilities
* Represent CQUniversity in North and Far North Queensland regions, fostering partnerships with education leaders, industry stakeholders, and community organisations.
* Lead strategic growth initiatives, oversee campus operations in Cairns and Townsville, and drive regional development through collaborative efforts.
* Develop high-performing teams by leveraging expertise in community engagement, strategic delivery, and partnership development.
Requirements
* Postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in leadership or business development, coupled with expertise in tertiary education.
* Proven skills in communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions, drive change, and promote institutional excellence.
* Strong knowledge of VET and higher education systems, including policy development and implementation.
