The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day garden maintenance activities, ensuring high standards are met and exceeded. This includes leading by example, providing guidance and mentorship to the team, and promoting a culture of excellence.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about horticulture, has excellent leadership skills, and can effectively communicate with clients and staff.

Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Scheduling and Prioritization: Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
* Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
* Garden Inspection: Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
* Customer Service: Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Requirements
* A Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* A Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
* A White Card
* A Valid Drivers' license
* Ride on mower and trailer experience
