Leap Health Coastal Physiotherapy is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join its welcoming team in Burnie.
Available on a full-time or part-time/casual basis, this role is well suited to someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a busy allied health environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service. The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic while creating a positive experience for every client.
The Position
As the Receptionist at Leap Health Coastal Physiotherapy, the successful applicant will be the face of the clinic and an integral support to practitioners.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming clients and providing a friendly first point of contact
* Answering phone calls and managing enquiries in a professional manner
* Managing referrals, appointments, and practitioner schedules
* Processing payments, invoices, and health fund claims (HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover)
* Maintaining a clean, organised reception and waiting area
* Providing general administrative support to practitioners as required
This position is available for 24 to 38 hours per week, with availability required between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
