About the Role:
Our bakery is seeking an Apprentice Baker to join our team in Tweed Heads. As an Apprentice Baker, you will have the opportunity to learn various baking techniques, including Sourdough and Croissants, from our experienced bakers. You will be working in a collaborative environment where teamwork and camaraderie are highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare doughs, mix ingredients, and handle the baking process for breads.
* Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure high-quality products.
