Boral currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Officer located in Chullora, NSW 2190. The role will focus on providing efficient and accurate Accounts Payable, Receivable services in a fast paced setting.
Your day will involve:
Processing and matching invoices to Purchase Orders or Cost Centres
Proactively communicating with Suppliers to effectively resolve invoice holds and blocks
Communicating and maintaining relationships with internal service users
Supporting continuous improvement and standardisation of accounts processes
Ensuring all Accounts payable/receivable processes comply with accounting standards
What we are looking for?
Demonstrable long-term experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal contacts and external suppliers
Proven ability in time management and in managing work priorities
Demonstrable ability to work in a team
