In this role, you will be responsible for advising on high-profile employment and industrial relations matters, particularly in relation to workplace change projects such as restructuring, enterprise bargaining, and industrial action.
You will also be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing awards, and conducting workplace investigations.

Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced lawyer with:
3-5+ years' experience in employment law within a private practice setting.
Proven ability to provide commercial, client-focused legal advice.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative and energetic approach to their work.
