My client is a construction company based on the North Shore.
With a current turnover of $110M employing 75 staff.
They deliver new build and refurbishment commercial projects ranging from $10M – $40M within the healthcare, education, industrial, residential sector.
Privately owned company and the MD who is very hands on and a quality builder.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading cost plans, ECI and tenders for commercial and residential projects up to $50M.
Working alongside a team of three experienced Estimators, you will manage estimates from 30% documentation, understand the drawings, identify risks, perform value engineering to ensure you are providing the best price.
Required Skills
A construction related degree with at least 5-10 years estimating experience
Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork, early works packages
Knowledge of D&C; tenders within the healthcare, industrial & education sector
Current market knowledge of subcontractor prices
Free in office parking
Sustained pipeline of ECI's and cost plans
Flat management structure
