About the Role
As a Field Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our rental properties are maintained to company standards and tenancy obligations are met. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conduct ingoing inspections
* Perform routine inspections
* Create Inspection Reports
This is a field-based role requiring travel across Brisbane (mainly broader western Brisbane and Pimpama) and the ability to work independently.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in property inspections, property management, or a similar role.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
* Great communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (QLD).
