Cluey Learning is Australia's leading online tutoring service expanding its presence in New Zealand and Australia and is looking for experienced, professional, and strategically minded senior school tutors to join our team, focusing specifically on the Western Australian curriculum!
We are searching for high-calibre educators and WACE subject matter experts who are dedicated to guiding Year 11 and 12 students through the high-stakes environment of the Western Australia Certificate of Education (WACE).

* Ability to handle student distress and anxiety with immediate de-escalation, providing expert, calm, and strategic guidance when students receive low assessment marks or face trial exam stress.
* Access to a private online workspace to deliver all online tutoring sessions effectively.

About You
* You are based in Australia and have the right to work here.
* You are a qualified teacher or a university graduate/current student with a background and high-level expertise in the relevant WACE subject (e.g., Band 6/E4 result preferred).
* You have prior experience tutoring or teaching Year 11-12 students through the WACE.
* You are available for 10+ hours per week during peak hours, typically 6pm-11pm weekdays and 10am-6pm weekends.
* You are tech-savvy with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students in an online, high-stakes environment.

* A dedicated, distraction-free professional workspace, reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset, and microphone.
* A CV/Resume and a copy of your latest academic transcripts/qualifications (WACE/ATAR results for non-qualified teacher) - please submit these in PDF format.
* A current WWCC for WA.
