About the Role
Join our Melbourne-based team as a Customer Service Representative, supporting customers with general banking enquiries — no sales or upselling, just real conversations and problem-solving.
You'll be helping with:
* Account balances and card replacements
* Updating personal information
* Online banking support and fraud enquiries
* Dispute investigations and feedback capture
What We're Looking For
* Customer service experience is great, but not essential
* You're confident using a computer and navigating multiple systems
* You must be proficient in multi-system navigation and confident using computers across various platforms
* You communicate clearly and professionally
* You enjoy solving problems and helping people
* You've completed at least Year 10 or equivalent

Training
* Weeks 1–3: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
* Weeks 4–7: On-the-job coaching, Mon–Fri between 8:00am–8:00pm
