Role: Business Coach

We're looking for a sharp, strategic operator who loves helping business owners grow — someone who thrives on solving real problems, giving honest feedback, and setting a high standard for performance.

This is not a "sit back and advise" role. You'll be the driving force behind client results — coaching them 1:1, leading group sessions, building strategies, and helping them hire, systemise, and scale.

You'll work closely with our coaching team, leadership, and clients to drive serious growth and life-changing outcomes.

Who You Are

You've coached or operated before. You have real‐world experience helping businesses grow across marketing, team, systems, or financials.

Background in trade or construction industries — from electricians and plumbers to carpenters and builders — is highly valued.

You're direct and honest. You say what needs to be said, even when it's uncomfortable, because you care about client results.

You're strategic. You can see the full business picture and create clear plans to get owners moving.

You're confident with financials. You can read numbers, explain them simply, and help clients make better decisions.

You're a strong communicator. You can lead both 1:1 and group coaching sessions with clarity, confidence, and energy.

You hold people accountable. You don't let clients slip, stall, or settle — you bring them back on track.

You care deeply. You take pride in watching clients grow, hire teams, and change their lives.

You're adaptable. Every business is different, and you can shift gears fast.

You're organised. You keep clean notes, track progress, and always know where a client stands.

What You'll Do

Coach business owners 1:1 each week across hiring, growth, systems, and operations.

Run dynamic group coaching sessions that build community, accountability, and momentum.

Build and refine growth strategies across marketing, team, operations, and leadership.

Guide clients through hiring, delegation, leadership transitions, and stepping off the tools.

Help clients understand financial performance and improve cash flow, profit, and pricing.

Track client progress, identify obstacles early, and redirect fast when needed.

Celebrate the wins, reset the losses, and keep clients moving toward their goals.

Collaborate with the coaching team to improve systems, curriculum, and client experience.

Maintain clean notes and client documentation for consistent delivery.

Consistent client growth across revenue, profit, hiring, and systemisation.

Clear, organised systems for client management and reporting.

Strong group culture where clients feel connected, supported, and driven.

Clients hitting key milestones — first hire, scaling team, stepping off the tools, full systemisation.

A reputation for being the coach who gets results.

Requirements

3–5+ years experience as a business coach or operator.

Background in trade or construction (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, builders) is highly valued.

Strong knowledge across marketing, systems, team, financials, and operations.

Ability to lead both 1:1 and group coaching confidently.

High emotional intelligence paired with direct communication.

Comfortable reading and discussing financial reports.

Strong organisational and documentation skills.
