**About the Company**
Join our client, a large NSW State Government aimed at providing better outcomes for the community of NSW.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an efficient & proactive Administration Assistant to join their fast paced & dynamic team in Ingleburn. This is an estimated 3month temporary assignments, with a strong potential to extend.

Working within a high volume fast paced environment, you will be for delivering a wide range of customer and administrative support to the team to achieve organisational objectives

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver professional, high quality frontline customer service
- Answer enquiries, within a timely and accurate manner
- Support Head Teacher to collaborative with planning and implementation coordinators
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of learning activities
- Ensure high educational data and records integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Remediation of e-reporting errors
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather and collate information to support informed decision making outcomes
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating engagement, collaboration and contribution of idea's
- Promote and drive a customer centric focus
- Work with the Line Manager to develop meaningful performance development and review plans
- Ensure compliance with best practice, standards and legislation

**About You**
- Demonstrated Administration and Business support experience
- Previous Education, Training, Learning & Development, Student Services or Public Sector experience, highly advantageous
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Proactive and efficient whilst producing quality outcomes and service delivery
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medical exemption
- Ability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
