About Ausure
Ausure Insurance Brokers are one of the largest leading insurance broking groups in Australia, with over 100+ insurance broking businesses nationally and over 500 staff in the network.
What your role entails:
* Primary contact for all marketing requests
* Work directly with stakeholders (Brokers, Insurance Partners) to deliver on marketing requests
* Work collaboratively with other departments on company projects and ensure deadlines are met (Technology, Broking, Underwriting, Compliance)
* Create and manage internal communication newsletters
* Assist with internal and external Company Events
* Create Marketing Content (flyers, digital content, logos) that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives
* Work with the team to develop and maintain a monthly marketing calendar across digital and traditional platforms
* Work with the Head of Marketing and the Digital Brand Manager to execute the Company's Marketing & Digital Strategy with the use of: Events, content creation, email marketing, social media management and website.
We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Marketing role
* Proven experience in Email Direct Marketing – Mailchimp or similar
* Proven experience in social media management systems such as Sprout social or similar – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (Organic and Paid – META would be an advantage)
* SEO and Google Ad Words experience is not essential, however would be highly regarded.
* High attention to detail to ensure you provide quality work every time
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.
* Experience in creating marketing content from scratch; including logos, templates and images that will be used across various platforms
* Advanced level of written communication skills to assist you with digital content and news stories
* Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
* Ability to show initiative and work autonomously on projects and stick to deadlines
* Entry level experience with website page updates – WordPress or similar preferred but not essential
* A motivation to understand the business and the industry is essential for you to be successful in this role (we will give you the tools to achieve this)

Most importantly: The Marketing team receives requests from all over the country with various marketing requests from our insurance brokers and partners; you will need a flexible attitude that is happy to assist with all types of requests (from helping someone change an email signature or doing up a last minute PowerPoint for a manager, to providing high quality marketing content as part of our Newcastle Knights Sponsorship obligations).
