Position Details
Number of positions available: 1.
This Admin Assistant contract role is responsible for providing general administrative support to a personable WA Divisional team.
Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, this fixed-term position offers full-time hours until the 30th June, based in Northbridge, WA.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving phone calls and welcoming visitors, directing as necessary
Ordering stationery and other office supplies
Travel and accommodation bookings
Managing mail
Assisting with the organisation of meetings and events
Producing creative documents such as the Divisional newsletter
Managing office operations (i.e. car parking and office keys)
Building strong relationships
Other general administrative tasks
Required Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (desired but not required)
Demonstrated equivalent and relevant experience, knowledge and skills.
