We are partnering with a highly regarded Australian alternative investment manager into their Real Estate Private Credit platform. The firm is well established, institutionally backed, and known for its disciplined, ethical investment approach across private markets. The real estate credit platform is stable, well-capitalised, and consistently active, with multiple pools of capital to deploy.
The Opportunity:
This is a multi-faceted, commercially focused role supporting a senior origination-led team across three originators within the real estate private credit business. Rather than being a purely technical analyst position, the role offers broad exposure to deal origination, transaction execution, and client-facing work, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career property experience who enjoys working with stakeholders and contributing to live deals end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support deal origination across a diverse pipeline of real estate credit transactions
* Prepare and coordinate Investment Memorandums (IMs) and investment papers
* Assist with credit analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution
* Work closely with senior investment professionals and external advisors
* Support ongoing asset management, reporting, and portfolio monitoring
* Assist with client and investor-facing materials and communications
This role would suit candidates with:
* 2–5 years' experience in property, real estate, advisory, or funds management
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Exposure to property transactions, credit, or development environments
* A commercial mindset and interest in private credit
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
