Due to ongoing growth we have a vacancy for a Document Controller to join our friendly and vibrant team in Artarmon 2064 NSW.
As a Document Controller you will be responsible for coordinating the development of standard work procedures, SOP's and training to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery within the manufacturing department.
This role will also be coordinating the development of new procedures as well as improving and updating existing procedures.
- The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)_
- Develop missing operational procedures and improve upon existing procedures.
- Collaborate with employees to capture best practice of processes and implement a procedure.
- Create review schedules for out of date operational procedures.
- Facilitate successful departmental document control.
- Coordinate and facilitate the training requirements for the Elastomer Facility.
- Maintain document records and keep them updated and submitted on time.
- Manage the procedures and ensure that they are compliant to all legislative and internal requirements.
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- Have at least 1-2 year's experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Integrum software will be highly advantageous, but not essential.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent attention to details.
- A desire to learn and grow further.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites will be advantageous.
