Customer Service Expertise

We are seeking a professional and proactive individual to bridge the key handover to commencement of maintenance period for our new homeowners. In this role, you will ensure a seamless transition by addressing early queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for new homeowners from key handover to commencement of maintenance period
* Introduce clients to support processes via email and phone
* Conduct proactive check-ins with clients to identify potential issues
