 
        
        Key Outcomes and Accountabilities 
The aim of this role is to: 
Support the HR Business Partners and the HR Division to delivering of a range of HR business services (as outline above in the purpose), ensuring services meet expectations, with a proactive approach to addressing issues as they arise. 
Provide high level advisory services to clients on diverse matters across HR related issues, needs and business requirement. 
Be the first point of contact for HR Operational and transaction enquiries. 
Manage and participate in projects to meet Strategic and Business Plan requirements. 
Undertake Organisational Development activities including job design, evaluation and role description preparation and establishment variations. 
Maintain information bases of legislation and policy directives impacting on the organisation from external agencies. 
Benchmark and monitor performance service delivery standards within the People & Culture Services and across the QBCC reporting on findings. 
Identify opportunities for improvement and encourage a culture of innovation and continual improvement. 
Prepare reports, submissions, and other correspondence of a complex nature in relation to a range of human resources issues. 
Demonstrated record of achievement in providing high level HR advisory and support services to senior stakeholders. 
High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with a broad range of staff and stakeholders within a complex organisation as well as a capacity to build credibility managers. 
Excellent written skills and communication skills specifically related to report writing and drafting of correspondence.
