Overview
An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Nurse Consultant role within a regional district hospital in Queenstown, Tasmania.
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and expert guidance across inpatient and emergency services. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will support high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to clinical governance, workforce capability, and service improvement.
Responsibilities
* Provide advanced clinical leadership and expert guidance across inpatient and emergency services.
* Support high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to clinical governance, workforce capability, and service improvement.
* Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams to implement service improvements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration
* Significant primary health nursing experience
* Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nurse Consultant
