About the Role:*
As a Corporate Account Manager (CAM) you are responsible for developing and managing Applied Medical's national strategic relationships with private hospital groups, public health services and governmental departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Establish, build and maintain key relationships at the C-suite level in Private Hospital groups and Public Health services nationally
* Develop penetration and execution strategies with sales leadership
* Develop and implement strategic plans to meet short and long-term organisational requirements
* Research and assess device market conditions, analyse data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership in line with organizational goals
* Effectively negotiate corporate agreements on behalf of Applied Medical
* Effectively communicate corporate strategies with internal team members to drive and implement change in line with organisational strategic goals
* Work with the field-sales teams to understand local goals and challenges
The successful applicant will report to the Corporate Account Manager and join a team of inspiring and collaborative individuals in developing and maintaining corporate relationships and negotiating strategic partnerships in alignment with Applied Medical's mission and values.
About You
You are strategically minded, analytically driven and have proven experience and success in negotiation and corporate partnerships.
You Have:
* Superior negotiation and influencing skills
* Contracting experience within healthcare
* Proven track record in establishing of C-suite relationships in influencing contract negotiations and purchasing commitments
* Ability to comprehend the healthcare landscape including each sector's short and long-term goals
* Solutions focused to navigate obstacles that impact business objectives
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* Willingness to work with both internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrated record for driving and exceeding company and personal goals
* Bachelor qualification preferred
* Current driver's license
* Flexibility to travel within Australia as required
