The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and skilled administrative professional, with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
* This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, managing finances, reconciling accounts and performing various administrative tasks.
* You will have a good understanding of purchasing processes, general retail operations, and liaising with customers to resolve queries and issues.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Filing, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling and general ad-hoc tasks
o Highly efficient and possess great time management skills
o Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
o Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel and Word
o Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
