The Role
As a Senior Talent Solutions Specialist with the Business support team you will be responsible for assessing candidate qualifications through interviews, skills assessments, and background checks. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for mid- to senior-level roles, as well as temporary and permanent job opportunities across various sectors supporting the hiring or roles like
- Review and shortlist candidate CVs, presenting highly qualified candidates to clients.
- Administer candidate assessments, tests, and technical evaluations to meet client needs for scarce talent.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing comprehensive company background, interview tips, and role expectations.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates in engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, and office and administrative support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and accurately define job requirements for managerial and specialist roles.
- Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and inform hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, proactively engaging in conversations about long-term development goals.
- Match candidate skills, experiences, and aspirations to client job specifications, ensuring optimal fit for temporary work staffing in various qualified fields.
Your Background:
- Experience in developing compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management.
- Strong skills in candidate assessment, evaluation, and screening.
- Experience in Candidate Experience Management.
- Competence in Data Entry, Documentation Management, Records Management, and Data Privacy Management.
- Excellent Customer Service Management and Interview Management skills.
