Business Operations Manager
This role offers the opportunity to operate autonomously, providing essential business services within a dynamic school environment. Key responsibilities include supervising and managing school support staff, overseeing timesheet and leave approvals, rostering, relief arrangements, and coordinating the recruitment, induction, and training of support staff.
A crucial aspect of this position involves daily financial activities such as expenditure review, payroll, and purchasing. The successful candidate will also play a vital role in supporting the Principal with budget administration, monitoring facilities and grounds maintenance, and resource procurement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A proven track record of operating autonomously and adapting to changing priorities is highly desirable.
