Job Title: Field Service Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Specialist to maintain and repair Draeger safety products.
* The ideal candidate will have formal maintenance trade qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in the field.
* A strong understanding of Draeger safety products, including installation, maintenance, and repair is essential.
This role requires frequent travel to customer sites and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality service and support.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair
The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Draeger safety products to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
This includes conducting routine maintenance checks, identifying and repairing faults, and performing any necessary upgrades or replacements.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
* Document all work carried out, including test results and any issues encountered.
Customer Service
The Field Service Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.
This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues promptly, and providing clear explanations of any work carried out.
* Build strong relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty.
* Provide regular updates on work progress and completion dates.
Requirements:
* Formal maintenance trade qualification (e.g. electrician, plumber).
* At least 2 years of experience in the field, preferably with Draeger safety products.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Frequent travel to customer sites required.
